Provision Custom Builders, Inc. was established in 2000 in Rio Rico. Started by Danny Knapp, his family has been in the construction and home building business for more than 70 years. Danny builds everything from affordable "starter" homes to beautiful custom homes all over Santa Cruz County and he is truly a "builder's builder". While most builders "manage" construction of new homes by scheduling different sub-contractors (not doing the work themselves), Danny and his crew of 12 actually build each home using few sub-contractors. His onsite experience and attention to detail make a Provision Home truly a better-built home to be proud of.
